Glue Sun catcher

Glue Sun catcher

Again, my sons love for food coloring make me come up with new way of using food coloring in our craft. This was very simple and easy to do.

Things needed for this activity:
- Yogurt container lid or baby food container lid
-  Glue
- Food coloring
- Tooth pick
- Hole punch
- String

Pour glue on the inside of the lid until there is a layer of glue.

When it it still wet, add a few drops of food coloring on the glue.

Use the tooth pick to mix the food coloring. Kids love this part.

Once the kids are happy with their art work, let the glue dry. When the glue dries up, it should just come off the lid by itself. It can take up to a day or two to dry, depending on how much glue you used. Now punch a hole in the dry glue and pull a string through it and hang it by the window. It looks beautiful.
