Lady bugs


Every time I recycle my milk cans, I kept collecting the milk lids. Thought they were small and cute, but didn't know what to do. So, we made lady bugs with them.


Things needed for this activity:
-milk / juice lids
-red paint
-black sharpie
-googly eyes

Let the child paint the lids with red paint.

After the lid is dry, use the sharpie and add a few spots like a ladybug.

Add some googly eyes.

Its great for pretend play and to make up stories about the bugs.
